If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nPerform pre-machining operations, including cutting raw material using a saw\nConduct post-machining operations such as detabbing, sanding, and vapor honing CNC parts\nInspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify accuracy and quality\nMaintain and clean tools, machines, and work areas to ensure a safe, organized workspace\nPackage and prepare completed parts for shipment, ensuring accuracy and protection during transit\nFollow production schedules, work orders, and quality standards\nWork closely with the team to identify and resolve process issues or improvements\nOperate safely and comply with all company policies and safety procedures\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nProficiency with basic hand tools and measurement instruments\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work\nAbility to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment\nWillingness to learn new processes and take direction from Leads and Supervisors\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or CNC environment\nExperience with sanding, deburring, or surface finishing processes\nFamiliarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers\nEssential Physical Requirements\nAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts\nAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nWork performed around CNC machines and material handling equipment\nExposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials\nUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times\nThis position requires working in close proximity to equipment that generates strong electromagnetic fields (EMF).
