If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nOperate Advanced 3-axis and 5-Axis CNC machines including Brother, Haas and Matsuura brand machines with material automation\nStage, load, and accurately secure raw material into machine vises and fixtures\nAssemble, set (length/diameter), and load tools into machine holders\nMonitor tool condition through visual inspection, auditory cues, and part quality\nConduct routine quality inspections using basic inspection equipment (pins, calipers, micrometers)\nAssist with material handling, machine loading/unloading, and shipment preparation\nPerform daily production duties as directed by leadership, adapting to operational needs\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nOperate forklifts to transport and store materials as needed\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nExperience with CNC machining fundamentals and willingness to learn and grow\nProficiency with hand tools and measurement instruments\nStrong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills\nForklift certification or willingness to obtain one\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with FANUC-based milling and G/M code\nPrior experience in a high-volume CNC production environment\nKnowledge of quality inspection processes and part tolerances\nExperience with robotic machine loading systems\nEssential Physical Requirements\nAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts\nAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nWork performed around CNC machines and material handling equipment\nExposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials\nUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times\nThis position requires working in close proximity to equipment that generates strong electromagnetic fields (EMF).
