This role is responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing processes that support product quality, throughput, and consistency. If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild, test, and improve parts, materials, and manufacturing processes to support production efficiency and quality.\nPerform hands-on testing, collect production data, and implement process improvements based on results. \nOperate with a high level of independence while making informed decisions and adapting to changing production priorities and process needs. \nPartner with Engineering teams to improve tooling, automation, and workflows that increase speed, safety, and consistency.\nJump into real production issues with Design, Support, and Production teams and solve them in real time.\nEvaluate process changes and implement improvements while maintaining production quality and safety requirements. \nIdentify root causes, implement corrective actions, and validate long-term process improvements. \nDocument process changes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to support standardization and continuous improvement. \nPerform other related duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent \n2 -
