The role supports employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while maintaining a visible and engaged HR presence within the facility. If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nProvide day-to-day HR leadership for the assigned site, serving as the primary onsite HR resource for employees, supervisors, and site leadership.\nPartner with the HR Director and site leadership to develop and execute HR strategies, workforce planning, organizational design, and retention initiatives that support organizational growth and evolving business needs.\nCollaborate with Leadership to deliver effective and efficient full-cycle recruiting, finding only the best talent to work at SendCutSend.\nBuild strong working relationships with site leadership and provide practical HR guidance aligned with company policies and practices.\nManage employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, corrective action, performance concerns, and employee complaints.\nConduct or support workplace investigations in partnership with Corporate HR based on complexity and risk.\nMonitor attendance and ensure consistent application of attendance and corrective action processes.\nCoordinate leave, accommodation, and workers' compensation matters with Corporate HR.\nSupport supervisors with performance documentation, coaching conversations, and corrective action.\nExecute onsite onboarding and ensure new employees receive appropriate HR information and complete required documentation.\nConduct new-hire check-ins and identify retention or employee experience concerns.\nMaintain required local HR documentation and ensure timely submission of employee changes to Corporate HR.\nMonitor local employment compliance requirements and escalate concerns to the HR Operations Manager or Director of HR.\nSupport the administration and communication of company policies, procedures, and HR programs at the site and promote consistent application across departments and shifts. \nPartner with Talent on hiring needs and onboarding and recruiting.\nPartner with Organizational Development on training completion and site development initiatives while OD retains ownership of training programs.\nIdentify employee relations, attendance, turnover, engagement, or leadership trends and communicate them to Corporate HR.\nParticipate in HR meetings and company-wide HR initiatives.\nMaintain a visible, approachable HR presence within the facility.\nMaintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive employee, medical, investigation, and business information. \nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\n6+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Operations, or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced corporate environment. \n2+ years experience in a leadership role\nWorking knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other employment-related compliance obligations.\nDemonstrated ability to coach supervisors and managers through performance management, corrective action, employee concerns, and difficult workplace conversations.\nExperience interpreting and consistently applying company policies and HR practices.\nExperience with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records, personnel changes, and HR documentation.\nExperience supporting employee relations matters..\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to effectively handle a broad range of interpersonal contacts, including those at a higher level and those sensitive in nature.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization.\nAbility to adjust work hours periodically to support employees and leaders across multiple shifts, investigations, employee meetings, or other business needs \nPreferred Qualifications\n7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably including HR management or HR business partner responsibility.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.\nHR experience within manufacturing, production, distribution, warehouse, or another high-volume operational environment. \nProficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).\nExperience supporting manufacturing, plant, or multi-shift operations.\nExperience with employee engagement initiatives.\nStrong data entry skills with high accuracy.\nPHR or SPHR certification preferred. \nExperience with Paylocity.\nEssential Physical Requirements\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while performing work duties.\nAbility to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and
