If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nInspect, diagnose, and repair production and finishing equipment including CNC laser cutters, press brakes, and finishing equipment\nPerform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and consistent production output\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across production and facility systems\nWork closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance\nMonitor and support operator-level maintenance practices, ensuring daily cleaning, inspections, and basic maintenance tasks are consistently performed\nMaintain maintenance logs, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventory\nHelp identify and track critical spare parts and consumables needed to keep operations running efficiently\nAssist in developing and maintaining maintenance procedures and safety documentation\nParticipate in equipment upgrades, installations and continuous improvement projects\nSupport general facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC coordination, and minor building repairs\nMinimum Qualifications\nPrior maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment\nBasic knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment\nBasic understanding of electrical systems, compressed air, hydraulics, and industrial plumbing\nAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using standard maintenance tools and procedures\nExperience performing preventative maintenance tasks\nAbility to read and interpret equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety documentation\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain organized maintenance records\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience maintaining CNC laser cutters, press brakes, finishing systems, or similar fabrication equipment\nFamiliarity with electrical controls, sensors, relays, and motor drives\nExperience with hydraulics and pneumatic systems\nFamiliarity with facility systems such as dust collection, compressors, and power distribution\nExperience working with OEM vendors or equipment manufacturers\nForklift experience\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts\nAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nExposure to noise, temperature variation, moving machinery, metal materials, and finishing chemistry\nUse of required protective equipment at all times\nBenefits\nHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance\nPaid time off - XX hours per year\n401(k) match up to 4%\n6 Company-Paid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid Parental Leave\nShort-Term Disability\nLunch Provided Daily (on-site only)\nSafety Shoe Voucher\nEmployee Discounts!\nSchedule\nFriday- Sunday, 5:00PM - 5:00AM\nApplication review will begin on Monday, September 14th.
