If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nSet up, operate, and monitor CNC routers, CO2 lasers, and waterjets\nLoad material and unload finished parts from machines\nMeasure parts using gauges and inspection tools to verify angles, dimensions, and overall accuracy meet customer specifications\nPerform machine startup, shutdown, and routine daily maintenance\nCollaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise\nMaintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPrevious manufacturing or production experience\nAbility to read production drawings and flat patterns\nAbility to use measuring devices and basic hand tools\nStrong attention to detail and quality\nAbility to follow work instructions and safety procedures\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with CNC routers, CO2 lasers, or waterjets\nShop experience working with wood, metal, or similar materials\nWorking knowledge of CAD tools or CNC processes\nPrior experience with OMAX or ShopSabre equipment/software\nForklift experience\nEssential Physical Requirements\nAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts\nAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nWork performed around CNC and material handling equipment\nExposure to noise, moving machinery, metal, wood, plastics, and other composite materials\nUse of required protective equipment at all times\nBenefits\nHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance\n401(k) match up to 4%\nPaid time off\n6 Company-Paid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid Parental Leave\nShort-Term Disability\nLunch Provided Daily\nSafety Shoe Voucher\nEmployee Discounts!\nSchedule\nMonday-Thursday, 5:00AM-3:00PM\nSalary Description\n$25.00 -
