If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nPrepare, pretreat, and powder coat customer parts according to work instructions and specifications\nPerform in process and final quality checks, including part counts and visual inspections\nVerify finished parts meet work order requirements for coverage, appearance, and quality\nBatch and sequence orders to support production schedules and delivery timelines\nAssist with routine equipment upkeep, including spray systems, blasting equipment, and finishing tools\nFollow all safety policies and procedures at all times\nMaintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles\nCollaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nManufacturing or production experience\nAbility to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings\nAbility to safely operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety procedures\nAbility to use measuring devices and basic hand tools\nBasic knowledge of materials and equipment used in powder coating or finishing processes\nBasic computer skills\nCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferred\nBasic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls\nBasic understanding of quality requirements and inspection processes\nPrior work in a sheet metal or fabrication environment\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts\nAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nExposure to noise, temperature variation, moving machinery, and metal materials\nUse of required protective equipment at all times\nBenefits\nHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance\nPaid time off - 80 hours per year\n401(k) match up to 4%\n6 Company-Paid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid Parental Leave\nShort-Term Disability\nLunch Provided Daily (on-site only)\nSafety Shoe Voucher\nEmployee Discounts!\nSchedule\nMonday- Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:00AM\nApplication review will begin on Monday, October 5th.
