If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nEfficiently manage the flow of orders through each department in the facility, ensuring customer orders are promptly transferred to the correct stages of the production process\nAssist with ensuring production is following established procedures and standards in each department\nCommunicate and collaborate with all departments in production to maintain a smooth workflow, helping to clear bottlenecks as they arise\nRegularly monitor Fast Pass, review the stalled order report, check orders on the IR rack, and perform Chapel audits\nCommunicate with and update the Customer Support Team on order status when requested\nAssist with any additional production tasks as directed by the leadership and management team (ie restocking, denesting, or other production needs)\nSafely maneuver small motorized vehicles through busy work areas while adhering to established safety protocols and maintaining control at all times.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nExceptional multitasking and time management abilities to track multiple shifting schedules and deadlines\nOrganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nA proactive, calm approach to handling unexpected logistical issues on short notice\nAttention to detail\nClear verbal and written communication skills to act as a bridge between team members and departments\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a manufacturing or logistics environment\nPrevious experience working with production schedules or batch processing\nEssential Physical Requirements\nAbility to use basic hand tools and measuring devices\nAble to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shift\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nWork performed around CNC lasers, press brakes, machinery, and material handling equipment\nExposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials\nUse of required protective equipment at all times\nBenefits\nHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance\n401(k) match up to 4%\nPaid time off\n6 Company-Paid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid Parental Leave\nShort-Term Disability\nLunch Provided Daily\nSafety Shoe Voucher\nMonthly Internet Stipend\nEmployee Discounts!\nSchedule\nFriday-Sunday, 5:00AM-5:00PM\nSalary Description\n$24.00 -
