If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nPackage customer orders using appropriate materials and methods to ensure safe and accurate delivery\nDetermine optimal package size and shipping method based on order contents and requirements\nVerify part counts and perform final visual inspections to ensure orders meet quality standards\nPrepare pallets for efficient freight shipments\nProcess shipping documentation and update shipment details in internal systems\nAssist with department inventory tracking and basic inventory control tasks \nCollaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise\nMaintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nPrevious shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience\nAbility to follow work instructions and safety procedures\nStrong attention to detail and quality\nBasic computer skills and ability to use shipping or inventory systems\nAbility to use measuring devices and basic hand tools\nCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in packaging products for parcel or freight shipments\nFamiliarity with inventory control processes\nForklift or pallet jack experience\nExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts\nAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nWork performed around CNC lasers, press brakes, and material handling equipment\nExposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials\nUse of required protective equipment at all times\nUse of skin packing machine\nUse of custom box making machine\nThis position requires working in close proximity to equipment that generates strong electromagnetic fields (EMF).
