If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nParticipate in full cycle recruiting to support hiring for manufacturing and operational roles across multiple locations\nReview resumes and assess candidate qualifications and experience to identify strong potential hires\nConduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process\nMaintain accurate candidate records, job postings, and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system while building and maintaining candidate pipelines\nWrite and update job postings and utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and community outreach to identify qualified candidates\nSupport recruiting operations including internal transfers, hiring documentation, onboarding coordination, and recruiting process improvements\nSupport hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts when needed\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.\n0-2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources or a related field\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities\nExperience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting software to manage candidates and job postings\nProficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trade roles\nExperience supporting high-volume hiring or multi-location recruiting\nEssential Physical Requirements\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while performing work duties\nAbility to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers\nWork Environment\nThis role works across office environments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires communication, organization, and coordination across teams in the organization\nOccasional travel to company facilities, hiring events, or community outreach activities may be required.\nBenefits\nHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance\n401(k) match up to 4%\nPaid time off\n6 Company-Paid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid Parental Leave\nShort-Term Disability\nLunch Provided Daily\nEmployee Discounts!\nFlexible Schedule for Work/Life Balance\nApplication review will begin on Monday, October 12th at 9:00 AM EST.
