Come join the Seneca Foods team - Apply now!\nPOSITION SUMMARY - Responsible for accurately monitoring and recording the movement of products into and out of Seneca Foods’\ninventory system to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES, OR JOB DUTIES -\nReview daily inventory transactions and activities to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies\nInvestigate inventory quantity variances and collaborate with appropriate departments to identify root\ncauses\nGenerate and analyze the Inbound Stone Report to track and verify incoming shipments\nRecord damaged products in the inventory system and ensure proper documentation for reporting and\naccountability\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company housekeeping\nstandards\nCoordinate with Customer Service to confirm product availability and meet scheduled ship dates\nADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES -\nProvide back up for data entry clerks or other office personnel as needed\nOther duties as assigned by management\nQUALIFICATIONS -\nAbility to read, write, comprehend instructions\nGood communication and organizational skills.\nRequires judgment to plan, perform and make decisions\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to operate basic office machines\nHigh School Education or equivalent\nEXPERIENCE -\n1 to 3 months’ experience and/or training\nPrevious experience in a related position preferred\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - The physical requirements listed are not intended to be all-inclusive.\nHand Movement Sitting Crawling\nReading Lifting 30 lbs. or more Twisting/Turning\nWriting Pushing/Pulling Respiratory Fit\nHand/Eye Coordination Bending Operate Motorized Vehicle\nStanding Climbing Others (detail below)\nWill need to walk extensively in warehouse at times.\nWORKING CONDITIONS -\nMainly in an office setting, however, time in the warehouse is required.
