Scalability\n\n- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into engineering workflows and improve developer productivity.\n\nQuality, Performance & Optimization :\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.\n\n- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.\n\n- Identify bottlenecks and implement appropriate performance improvements.\n\n- Contribute to architecture and design decisions for scalable backend systems.\n\n- Ensure clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 6 -
