Candidates must be available during the engineering team's core working hours to provide continuous requirements clarification and support throughout the agile development lifecycle.\n\nPreferred candidate profile :\n\n- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.\n\n- Demonstrated ability to translate product intent and UX designs into detailed epics, user stories, precise acceptance criteria, and validation plans.\n\n- Hands-on experience managing and refining software development backlogs to maintain a steady stream of dev-ready work.\n\n- Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with engineers and resolve ambiguity during active sprints.\n\n- Availability to overlap and actively collaborate during the engineering team's core working hours.\n\n- Proficiency with standard tools such as Jira and Figma.\n\n- Experience using AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, prototyping, and product workflows.\n\n- Experience collaborating with QA teams during the refinement process to develop validation scenarios and tests based on acceptance criteria, ensuring delivered functionality meets documented requirements.\n\n- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive requirements that account for business workflows, technical dependencies, and edge cases.
