The successful candidate will combine strong financial management knowledge with data analytics expertise to support reporting, reconciliation, audit response, and leadership decision-making activities.\nThis position requires a proactive professional who can translate financial management requirements into meaningful reporting solutions, analyze complex datasets, identify trends and exceptions, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience using Tableau and Power BI to support financial analysis and reporting while maintaining a strong understanding of financial operations, reconciliation processes, and audit readiness requirements.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nSupport Financial Management Operations: Analyze financial data, reporting requirements, business processes, and operational performance metrics to support client leadership decision-making and organizational objectives.\nDevelop Financial Reporting Solutions: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations that provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial and operational information.\nPerform Financial Analysis and Reconciliation: Conduct financial analyses, reconciliations, variance analyses, and data validation activities to support reporting accuracy and financial decision-making.\nSupport Audit Readiness Activities: Analyze financial data and supporting documentation to assist audit response efforts, financial data validation, internal control initiatives, and reporting accuracy improvements.\nTransform Data into Actionable Insights: Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational datasets and provide meaningful recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.\nDevelop and Maintain Reporting Datasets: Extract, cleanse, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to support recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements.\nTranslate Business Requirements into Reporting Solutions: Work closely with financial managers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products that support operational and strategic objectives.\nRespond to Leadership Data Requests: Perform ad hoc analyses and develop executive-level reporting products that support emerging requirements and decision-making needs.\nCoordinate Across Functional Teams: Collaborate with financial management personnel, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve reporting issues, improve data visibility, and promote data-driven decision-making.\nManage and Mentor Analysts: Provide guidance, coaching, quality review, and workload management support to analysts supporting financial reporting and analytical initiatives.\nCommunicate Analytical Findings: Present financial analyses, reporting results, trends, risks, and recommendations to client leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\nBasic Qualifications:\nU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust investigation.\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience supporting financial analysis, financial reporting, reconciliation, budget execution, audit support, business intelligence, data analytics, or related financial management functions.\nDemonstrated experience developing, designing, maintaining, and supporting Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, datasets, and visualizations.\nExperience supporting complex financial or business operations through the analysis, validation, and reporting of financial and operational data.\nExperience translating financial, accounting, reconciliation, or business requirements into dashboards, reports, analytical products, or decision-support tools.\nExperience extracting, cleansing, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business productivity tools.\nProficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work products in a fast-paced environment.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience supporting DHA, DoD, federal financial management, audit readiness, financial reporting, or related mission support initiatives.\nAdvanced experience developing Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, visualizations, and executive reporting products.\nExperience with Tableau Prep, Tableau Server administration, Power BI Service administration, or comparable reporting environments.\nFamiliarity with financial reconciliation processes, audit response activities, internal controls, financial data validation, or management reporting.\nExperience developing executive dashboards, management reports, scorecards, performance metrics, or decision-support products used by leadership.\nExperience leading projects, mentoring junior staff, or coordinating analytical activities across multiple stakeholder groups.\nExperience with data visualization, data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, business intelligence tools, or advanced reporting capabilities.\nExperience with Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.\nExperience with Python, R, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or advanced
