We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation.\nSeneca Federal Solutions, a Seneca Nation Group (SNG) company, is seeking a Building Infrastructure Project Manager to deliver high-value technical and building-envelope work at federal facilities and government agencies, such as the Department of Defense, Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC).\nThis role is 100% remote with approximately 30% travel to job sites to conduct site visits for inspections, installation and start-up activities, lead client meetings, and to assess project progress and compliance. The ideal candidate will reside in an area with convenient access to a major airport. Additionally, access to federal worksites is required for this role. As such, candidates must meet eligibility requirements and successfully pass associated background checks.\nResponsibilities include but not limited to:\nManage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, reporting financials, controlling budgets, streamlining operational functions, and resolving project issues, while meeting stringent deadlines\nProject Management tasks to include proposal development, management of resources, project budgets and forecasting, and schedule management throughout to project closure\nDevelop and manage a detailed traditional project schedule and work plan\nEstimate Proposal budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements\nProvide project presentations to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and estimates to complete\nCreate and maintain strong federal customer relationships\nObserve and inspect construction activities to ensure project requirement compliance and established quality and safety standards are met\nDirect, or indirectly supervise:\nProject Engineers, Assistant Project Managers\nSuperintendents, Site safety & Quality-Control personnel\nForemen and field crews, Subcontractors and specialty vendors\nBasic Qualifications:\nSeven to Ten years of project management experience overseeing full lifecycle of medium to large complex multi-year projects within the Federal building-envelope space.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program\nSafety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.\nExperience and understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes.\nKnowledge and experience managing Electrical, Mechanical, and building-envelope construction projects.\nStrong understanding of construction safety and fall-protection requirements.\nValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.\nAbility to pass background investigations, drug screening, and site-access requirements.\nAbility to travel and work at federal, military, correctional, industrial, and other controlled-access facilities.\nAbility to communicate professionally with government officials, commercial customers, subcontractors, field personnel, and executive management.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in geographically dispersed locations.\nDesired Skills :\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification / Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / Certified Professional Constructor (CPC)\nStrong knowledge and direct experience with roofing installation practices and industry standards\nDemonstrated experience managing building-envelope projects including repairs, restorations, and roof replacements.\nCivil infrastructure experience with building construction for underground utilities and structural foundations a plus.\nBuilding infrastructure experience with Electrical and HVAC is a plus.\nOSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.\nExperience managing projects requiring bonding, security clearances, Buy American compliance, or domestic material sourcing.\nExperience using estimation software and tools\nConvenient access to a major airport to accommodate travel\nPhysical Requirements \nAbility to visit active construction sites and access rooftop work areas.\nAbility to climb ladders and stairs and navigate uneven or elevated surfaces.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and inspect work for extended periods.\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment and fall-protection equipment.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when necessary.\nAbility to travel by automobile and commercial aircraft.\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nSeneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
