The role focuses on data-driven insights, ad hoc analysis, CRM lead performance, digital analytics, and reporting automation to support strategic decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource, validate, and maintain data from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other banking systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.\nPerform ad hoc analytics and deep-dive analyses to support business decision-making across Consumer Banking and other bank functions.\nDevelop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and performance packs.\nDrive reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives using EDW, Power BI, and other analytics tools.\nMonitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign effectiveness, lead management performance, and conversion metrics.\nTrack and provide insights on digital customer journeys, digital adoption, and sales funnel performance.\nCollaborate with business, technology, compliance, and stakeholder teams to support strategic projects, regulatory requirements, and process improvements.\nConduct proactive business performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer, sales, and operational outcomes.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Decision Support functions within the banking sector.\nStrong understanding of Consumer Banking products, processes, and business models.\nProficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, Business Objects, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles is preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and deliver under tight
