In this role, you will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined parts using various deburring techniques and equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all components meet our quality standards and specifications before they move forward in the production process.\nOperate deburring equipment and hand tools to remove burrs, flash, and sharp edges from machined parts with precision and accuracy\nInspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments to verify they meet established specifications and quality standards\nRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand deburring requirements for each component\nOrganize and maintain a clean and safe work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained\nIdentify and report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to supervisors immediately\nPerform repetitive deburring tasks efficiently while maintaining consistent quality throughout the shift\nFollow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines\nDocument work completed and maintain accurate records of parts processed\n Proven experience as a Deburring Operator or in a similar manufacturing/production role\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in repetitive tasks\nProficiency with deburring tools, grinding equipment, and hand tools\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\nExperience using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong commitment to safety and quality standards\nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements\nPreferred: Experience with CNC machines or automated deburring equipment\nPreferred: Knowledge of multiple deburring methods and techniques\nPreferred: Familiarity with quality control processes and manufacturing standards\n Trade Compliance Statement Access to our facilities is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, U.S. Nationals, U.S. refugees, asylees, or temporary residents under amnesty provisions ), and to properly licensed foreign persons.
