Review customer Quality, Engineering and Specification requirements to include in the manufacturing instructions. Generating data packages to accompany the shop travelers. Generate aides to assist manufacturing departments.\nWhat will my responsibilities include?\nInterpret customer drawings/ specifications/ Quality Manual/ PO clauses and Terms and Conditions while creating manufacturing work instructions/ shop travelers to ensure we are meeting requirements\nGenerate Engineering drawing packets, coordinate data sheets, Weld schedule aides, Masking Drawings, Label drawings\nPlot X,Y,Z intersection points, label locations and masking locations from CAD models\nCreates Bill of Materials using customer provided parts lists, drawings and models\nCreates manufacturing operation sequencing\nValidating tooling, machinery and process capabilities\nVerifying and Scheduling part manufacturing based off Customer purchase order/forecast\nPerform document control of Engineering drawing packets, customer specifications and industry specifications in data retention system\nOther reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate\nWhat key skills and experience do I need?\nMinimum of 3 - 5 years’ manufacturing industry experience\nBlueprint/drawing interpretation, 3D modeling experience, fabrication and assembly experience\nRequires basic math skills.
