This is a career position with advancement opportunities\n Responsibilities\nDaily support for all end-user problems and questions relating to the ERP system and personal computers.\nDesign and implement reports for the end users from the ERP system.\nInstall, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software.\nMonitor and maintain network operations and other IT related systems, such as telephones, security systems etc.\nMonitor and test file server backups on an ongoing basis.\nAssist the IT Manager in other tasks as assigned\n Requirements\nCandidate must have a well-rounded set of skills and experience, as this is not a position for a specialist.\nAbility to handle all aspects of end-user and system support.\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills required.\nSkills and potential to assume IT management responsibilities, as required.\nCompetence in manufacturing and accounting systems, and a good grasp of general business concepts required.\nSystems analysis and programming experience in a manufacturing environment required\nExperience with Visual Enterprise ERP software is an asset\n5 years’ experience supporting a Microsoft network and desktop environment, utilizing Microsoft Server 2022, Office 365, SQL Server and Windows\nDetail oriented with the ability to work to tight timelines is critical.\nStrong organizational and time management skills required\nExcellent communication in English - verbal and written, and people skills required\nA degree or diploma in IT is an asset\n Senior Flexonics Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
