We strive to create the conditions for our employees to develop their potential in a workplace where there is respect and value for diversity and wellbeing.\nFor more information on our products and activities, visit www.seniorflexonics.co.uk\nAssemble products or components on the production line, following established SOP’S Work Instructions and safety guidelines.\nEnsure the operators are assembling products/ components correctly following the SOPs and safety guidelines.\nSupport continuous improvement activities and participate in root cause analysis for quality, safety, or delivery issues.\nEscalate process, safety, or quality concerns appropriately and support containment actions.\nEnsure effective shift handover, including status of production, quality issues, and outstanding actions.\nSupport achievement of daily production, quality, and safety targets.\nOperate and maintain assembly machinery and equipment and be the reporting line for operators to report any issues.\nUsing the 5s ethos, maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and lead by example for the team.\nWork with hand tools and other equipment to assemble products.\nInspect finished products for quality and accuracy and communicate precisely any concerns or issues with the operators.\nFollow pre-determined production schedules and meet production targets.\nCollaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.\nWork with the Production Manager to ensure all members of the team are working to the correct procedure and highlight any concerns.\nIdentify training needs for operators and maintain training records with the Production Manager.\n Experience in thermal joining of aluminum plates would be desirable\nExperience in sheet metal environments would be desirable\nExperience in tooling changeovers would be desirable\nKey Skills Required:\nComply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.\nPrevious experience in a production or assembly environment is essential.\nAbility to follow instructions and work with precision.\nAbility to lead by example and set clear boundaries and expectations.\nGood manual dexterity and fine motor skills.\nBasic understanding of tools and equipment used in assembly.\nIT Literature in Microsoft packages (Excel/ Word) and experience of using Sage would be highly desriable.\nProven work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nAttention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to deal with conflict and resolve situations in a calm and precise manner.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work shift patterns.\n Benefits:\n25 days holiday + Bank Holidays\nExcellent Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme (Employee Contribution up to 11%/ Employer contribution up to 15%)\nDeath in Service Life Protection (x 6 annual salary)\nBrand new, modern working environment\nEmployee Events\nRecognition Awards\nTraining and Development (Internal & External)\nSalary Sacrifice Scheme -
