This position is responsible for directing the Health and Wellness Program and ensuring that Senior Lifestyle standards and state requirements for resident care are met. The Director of Health and Wellness will direct staff, ensure regulatory compliance and be responsible for the management of the clinical budget.\n Order, receive, store, and distribute all nursing, resident care and central supply items\nand equipment in accordance with established purchasing procedures and budget\nguidelines.\nVerify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips; report\nshortages, damages, or discrepancies to the department leader impacted by the\nshortage and appropriate vendor.\nStock resident care areas, treatment carts, and supply rooms to established par levels;\nrotate stock using first-in, first-out practices and monitor for expired or damaged items,\nremoving them from circulation promptly.\nCoordinate with vendors regarding orders, backorders, returns, and credits; maintain\naccurate records of packing slips, invoices, and purchase orders and forward\ndocumentation to the Business Office Manager as appropriate.\nTrack durable medical equipment (e.g., oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, specialty\nmattresses).\nEnsure all supply storage areas comply with infection control standards and the rules\nand regulations of all regulatory agencies, including proper separation of clean and\nsoiled items.\nAssist with month-end inventory counts and prepare usage and cost reports as\nrequested by the Executive Director, Administrator or Business Office Manager.\nMaintain master inventory list at par levels and current costs, updating as needed;\nmonitor par levels against resident care area usage and adjust as needed.\nConduct daily inventory count of all supplies storage areas.\nUpon arrival of delivery of supplies, making sure quantities are received, match packing\nslip.\nReview and code as needed all residents’ charges daily. Forward charges to Business\nOffice.\nKeep all supply storage areas neat and orderly.\nAttend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.\nStrive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the\npreservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.\nMaintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and\nco-workers.\nCentral Supply Coordinator - Skilled Nursing 8/18/2026\nAdhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nLevel of Formal Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
