This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple teams, and keeping processes running smoothly.\nYou will play a key part in coordinating orders, shipments, and internal systems while also supporting general office administration and business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide comprehensive administrative support to operations, logistics, and purchasing teams\nCoordinate UK and international shipments, collections, and deliveries, including documentation and tracking\nMaintain accurate records for orders, stock, and logistics within internal ERP and reporting systems\nSupport purchasing activities, including placing orders, managing outstanding orders, and liaising with suppliers\nAssist with import/export administration and compliance documentation\nMaintain product, stock, and part data, ensuring systems remain accurate and up to date\nPrepare basic reports and data checks to support planning, production, and quality activities\nSupport office administration including travel bookings, company vehicles, catering, and office supplies\nProvide general administrative support for meetings, visits, and business activities\nAnswer general swithboard and door access phone calls\n Skills & Experience\nPrevious experience in an administrative, office support, or operations coordination role\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities\nHigh attention to detail and a methodical approach to record keeping\nConfident using Microsoft Office and business systems (ERP experience desirable)\nStrong communication skills and a professional approach when liaising with suppliers and colleagues\nProactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team\n Remuneration:\nCompetitive Salary. + Benefits:\nHoliday + Bank Holidays\nExcellent Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme (Employee Contribution up to 11%/ Employer contribution up to 15%)\nDeath in Service Life Protection Benefit (x 6 annual salary)\nEmployee Events\nRecognition Awards\nTraining and Development (Internal & External)\nSalary Sacrifice Scheme -
