And we want you to be part of it.\n Summary\nSenior Metal Bellows is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Lead throughout the recruiting process. This role will help manage applicant activity, identify qualified candidates, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews and hiring manager feedback.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open positions and competing priorities. Strong time management, communication, and follow-through are essential to keeping the hiring process moving and providing a positive candidate experience.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor the applicant tracking system daily, review incoming applications, and identify candidates who meet position requirements.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, screening notes, and application statuses in the applicant tracking system.\nSource potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels, and conduct outreach to generate interest in open positions.\nConduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, interest, availability, and compensation expectations.\nCoordinate and schedule Microsoft Teams interviews, ensuring candidates and interviewers receive accurate invitations and instructions.\nSchedule onsite interviews, prepare interview agendas, and communicate arrival details to candidates and internal participants.\nAssist with interview close-out conversations to gather candidate feedback, confirm continued interest, and explain next steps.\nSchedule debrief meetings with hiring managers and interview teams, collect feedback, and follow up on outstanding hiring decisions.\nMaintain timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process.\nAssist with job postings, recruiting trackers, and other recruiting projects as needed.\nManage multiple recruiting assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or at least two years of recruiting experience.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate information.\nExcellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.\nAbility to manage multiple open positions and projects simultaneously.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort conducting phone screens and candidate outreach.\nProfessional judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and company information.\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.\nAbility to work independently, collaborate with hiring managers, and follow through on commitments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using an applicant tracking systems\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other candidate sourcing tools.\nExperience coordinating interviews or supporting a recruiting or human resources team.\nExposure to recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical positions.\n Why Work Here?\nBecause we’re not just another manufacturing plant.\nAt Senior Metal Bellows, we:\nFoster collaboration and innovation\nBelieve in respect, trust, and excellence\nWork hard-but take pride in doing things the right way\nAre part of a global company (Senior plc) with opportunities across 12 countries\nYou’ll love our convenient location just off Route 95 in Sharon, MA, our welcoming team, and our long-standing reputation for quality and innovation.\nBuild Something Bigger With Us.\nIf you're ready to roll up your sleeves, make things happen, and grow your skills in a team that values you-we're ready for you.\nApply now and take the first step toward a career you can be proud of.\n Hourly Rate Range: $ 25.00 - $27.00 per hour\nFinal rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications\nTrade Compliance Statement Access to our facilities is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Persons (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, U.S. Nationals, U.S. refugees, asylees, or temporary residents under amnesty provisions ), and to properly licensed foreign persons.
