This position will be responsible for all care partners and nursing schedules. We are looking for someone with strong computer skills and a passion for helping others.\n\nEssential Job Functions:\nResponsible for Administrative Tasks\nAssists in maintaining all regulatory and accreditation-related records for the Assisted Living Program based on established policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.\nSupports the efficient functioning of day-to-day operations\nFacilitates the timely completion and/or receipt of all required documents associated with a resident move-in and ongoing required documents\nPrepares and sends all reports in a timely manner\nProvides safe storage for all management records and current and closed resident records\nFacilitates the completion and submission of long-term care insurance claim paperwork\nMaintains and orders supplies according to the departmental budget\nSupports staffing functions, as requested by the Director of Assisted Living or Health Services Director\nResponsible for all clinical scheduling\n A Senior Star Staffing Coordinator may be given additional duties and responsibilities. \n\nHours\nMonday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, or as required to meet the demands of the position. \nRequired Education, Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications\nExperience performing administrative tasks\nStrong computer skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProfessional demeanor\nPhysically, mentally and emotionally equipped to carry out the responsibilities of the position\nTreats all information regarding the community, business or residents as confidential\nStrong desire to improve the lives of seniors and an embracement of the Senior Star corporate mission and philosophy\nExperience with electronic health records.\nScheduling and Point
