The role is located in our Barcelona office and it is 100% onsite.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO …\nAs Account Representative you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like managing and growing existing accounts by bringing forth new services, expanding existing services offered, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value, maximizing profitability through the account’s supply chain. In this role, you will work on-site with your peers five days a week, fostering creativity and producing impactful results through face-to-face interactions. In this role, you will:\nMaintaining and growing the existing customer portfolio. \nConsistently executing daily business (receiving orders, data entry, informing customer about shipment status etc.). \nEstablishing relationships with day-to-day contacts. \nSelling and negotiating at a transactional level. \nIdentifying new opportunities with current customers outside the existing scope.\nEstablishing and pro-actively maintaining relationships with management level contacts both inside and out of your organization.\nGathering, analysing, and preparing relevant information for business reviews and being an active participant.\nFollowing up the status of your customers' transport operations.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\n2 years of experience in an account management or commercial role preferably within the logistics field.\nExcellent English and Spanish verbal & written communication skills.\nAdditional European languages are an asset, especially French.\nEnergy and willingness to learn and grow.\nAbility to build strong customer relationships.\nAbility to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.\nStrong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.\nWHY CHOOSE SENNDER…\nWe believe in empowering our people to grow beyond their limits, embrace challenges, and create solutions that drive our collective success.
