You will provide both remote and on-site support, own day-to-day operational tasks, and act proactively to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business. In this role, you will:\nIT Support & Service Management\nResolve incidents and service requests within SLAs while delivering great employee experience.\nManage tickets end-to-end, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking, and workplace technology issues.\nEscalate complex issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.\nWorkplace IT Operations\nPrepare, deploy, and recover IT equipment for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.\nMaintain asset inventory and device records.\nEnsure meeting rooms, printers, and office technology to operate effectively.\nSupport local IT projects and manage equipment replacements, repairs, and recycling.\nHardware Support\nDiagnose and resolve workstation and hardware issues.\nPerform basic hardware upgrades and replacements, including RAM, SSDs, thermal paste, and peripherals.\nCoordinate with vendors for advanced repairs and warranty cases.\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services.\nContribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.\nSupport colleagues with escalations and workload balancing when needed.\nStay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …\nPreferable to have 2+ years in IT Support, Service Desk, or Workplace IT, but not mandatory.\nExperience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.\nHardware troubleshooting and basic repair skills.\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems and ITIL.\nOwnership mindset and proactive problem-solving.\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nOrganized, collaborative, and able to manage priorities.\nEager to learn and grow.\nWHY CHOOSE SENNDER …\nWe believe in empowering our people to grow beyond their limits, embrace challenges, and create solutions that drive our collective success.
