If you're energized by ambiguity and want your work to directly move the needle - this is your seat. \nWho you are:\nYou own problems end-to-end - root cause to sustainable solution - in fast-paced, resource-limited environments \nYou align cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Production) without authority and make it look natural \nYou're data-driven and action-oriented - you build for the long game, document your work, and leave things better than you found them \nYou communicate with equal clarity to the shop floor and to leadership\nWhat you'll own:\nSupply Chain & Material Flow \nOwn how materials move from supplier to line-side. Build the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) as the single source of truth for how every part is sourced, stored, moved, and consumed - driving smarter inventory positioning, predictable replenishment, and zero-shortage flow. \nPartner with Supply Chain on inventory positioning, replenishment strategies, and flow path design \nMap and eliminate waste in ordering, material handling, and kitting \nDevelop visual systems and standard work that make the right flow the easy flow \nFactory Flow & Throughput \nDesign and continuously improve end-to-end production workflows. Own facility layout, capacity planning, throughput, and on-time delivery. \nDesign and optimize facility layouts for current needs and future scaling \nLead line balancing and workstation redesign to maximize output per operator-hour \nPartner on new line bring-ups, expansions, and capacity planning \nMetrics, KPIs & Reporting \nDefine and own operational metrics: on-time delivery, throughput, yield, efficiency, labor utilization \nBuild dashboards that surface the right data to the right people - translate numbers into recommendations \nProvide leadership with actionable reporting to improve throughput, efficiency, and accountability \nProcess Design & Continuous Improvement \nDesign scalable manufacturing processes from the ground up.
