You will guide a small team of technicians to build high-quality,mission-critical components that power cutting-edgeaerospace and defense systems.You will organize, support, and drive the team to meet the highest industry standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.This role is ideal for a hands-on, organizedleader with a passion for building electrical hardware and continuously improving floor operations. \nWhat you'll own:\nAutonomously build electrical harness assemblies for aerospace and defense customers \nResponsible for keeping the floor on track - provide technical and operational direction to team members to ensure quality standards and schedule are met. This may include: \nDemonstrating proper techniques to new apprentice technicians \nInspecting hardware in-process to ensure conformance to specifications \nImplementing daily task checklists to maintain the workcenter \nAssign and prioritize daily work per production schedule.
