This role owns customer opportunities from RFQ through production handoff and launch readiness, driving alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management. This role is dedicated to Senra's Tier 1 and Prime strategic accounts, providing end-to-end ownership from initial RFQ through production handoff. Standard accounts are managed through the established estimating and program management workflow. \nThe TPM is responsible for managing scope, schedule, risk, and execution readiness while supporting the development of accurate cost estimates and proposals. This individual will act as the connective tissue between customer requirements and manufacturing execution, ensuring programs are positioned for successful delivery. \nWhat you'll own:\nOwn Customer Opportunities from RFQ Through Production Handoff \nServe as the primary coordinator for customer opportunities from initial RFQ through successful transition into production,.with a primary focus on Tier 1 accounts \nEnsure customer requirements, scope, assumptions, risks, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated across all stakeholders. \nAct as the primary integration layer between customer requirements and internal execution teams. \nDrive Cross-Functional Execution \nLead coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Program Management to ensure customer requirements can be successfully executed. \nAlign priorities, drive decision-making, and resolve issues that could impact schedule, cost, quality, or customer satisfaction. \nFacilitate cross-functional reviews and ensure accountability for key deliverables and milestones. \nManage Program Readiness and Risk \nIdentify technical, operational, supply chain, and schedule risks early in the quoting and launch process and drive mitigation plans to closure. \nFacilitate readiness reviews to ensure material availability, manufacturing capability, tooling, documentation, inspection requirements, and staffing plans are in place prior to production release. \nEscalate critical risks and resource constraints when necessary. \nOwn Schedule and Customer Commitments \nDevelop and maintain milestone plans for quoting, engineering reviews, material procurement, and production launch activities. \nTrack progress against commitments and proactively address delays or execution risks. \nEnsure customer commitments are aligned with operational capabilities and resource availability. \nSupport Estimating and Proposal Development \nReview drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical data packages to ensure accurate understanding of customer requirements. \nPartner with Estimating, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to develop competitive and executable proposals. \nSupport development of labor estimates, manufacturing assumptions, and cost targets that align with production capabilities. \nIdentify technical and operational risks that may impact cost, schedule, or execution. \nSupport Change Management and Scope Alignment \nCoordinate customer-driven changes, engineering updates, and evolving requirements to ensure accurate cost, schedule, and execution plans. \nPartner with internal stakeholders to evaluate the impact of scope changes and communicate recommendations. \nSupport configuration control and production readiness throughout the program lifecycle. \nProvide Program Visibility \nLead recurring cross-functional reviews to track open actions, risks, dependencies, and customer commitments. \nMaintain risk and issue logs, action item tracking, and program status reporting. \nProvide concise updates to leadership highlighting key decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and execution priorities. \nWhat you'll bring to the team:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. \n5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments. \nExperience leading cross-functional projects or programs from concept through production. \nStrong understanding of wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing processes, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. \nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and customer technical requirements. \nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to drive execution across multiple teams and competing priorities. \nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems. \nBonus Points \nExperience managing customer programs in aerospace or defense manufacturing. \nFamiliarity with AS9100 quality systems and requirements. \nExperience supporting quoting, estimating, or manufacturing launch activities. \nExperience with NPI, production ramp, or manufacturing readiness reviews. \nExperience in high-growth or startup manufacturing environments. \nCompensation: \nCompensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. \nSalary Range: $120,000-$200,000 \nThis is an onsite role at our headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA or Cypress, CA. \nBenefits: \nUnmatched opportunities to drive impact on a friendly and mission-driven team \nOwn a piece of the pie with equity participation!
