Electrical Equipment Assembly Technician supports Sensata's Mechanization team with the build and integration of electrical systems for manufacturing equipment.The role assembles and wires electrical modules, control cabinets, cables, sensors, and safety systems in accordance with electrical schematics, technical documentation, quality requirements, and applicable safety procedures.\nKey Responsibilities & Requirements:\nDo assembly of electrical modules and components according to technical documentation.\nPerform machine wiring, including installation of cables, sensors, and safety systems.\nExperience in electrical systems assembly.\nAssemble and wire electrical control cabinets.\nKnowledge of using electrical measurement tools.\nRead and properly understand electrical schematics and technical documentation\nComply with safety procedures during the equipment assembly.\nTeamwork ability.\nFollow exactly the technical requirements and instructions to provide the expected quality of machines.\n Experience / Qualifications\nRelevant work experience or knowledge of the role\nMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands\nStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results\nHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)\nGeneral Responsibilities\nAssemble electrical modules, components, and subassemblies in accordance with technical documentation and build instructions.\nPerform machine wiring, including the installation and connection of cables, sensors, actuators, and safety devices.\nAssemble and wire electrical control cabinets and panels according to approved schematics and specifications.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, component specifications, and other technical documentation.\nUse electrical measurement tools and appropriate hand tools to support assembly, verification, and basic troubleshooting activities.\nInspect completed work for correct installation, connection, routing, labelling, and workmanship.\nFollow technical instructions, quality standards, and defined assembly processes to support reliable equipment performance.\nComply with company safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.\nWork effectively with technicians, engineers, and other team members to complete equipment builds to agreed quality and delivery expectations.\nExperience / Qualifications\nTechnical secondary education or vocational qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, industrial automation, or a related discipline.\nPractical experience in electrical assembly, machine wiring, control-panel assembly, equipment build, or a similar technical environment.\nAbility to read and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.\nWorking knowledge of electrical components, cables, sensors, safety devices, terminals, and control-cabinet hardware.\nAbility to use electrical measurement instruments and standard hand tools safely and correctly.\nBasic troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to identifying assembly or wiring issues.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and accurate execution of technical requirements.\nGood organization and time-management skills, with the ability to complete assigned work within agreed schedules.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\nWillingness to learn, follow standard processes, and support continuous improvement activities.\nBasic computer
