This role includes managing and coaching BAs through all project phases - planning, analysis, detailed design, collaboration with development teams, testing, implementation, and transition to support. It also ensures that developers deliver solutions aligned with Oracle best practices, business requirements, and approved designs. In addition, the role provides oversight of custom capabilities, drives alignment with enterprise applications, and partners closely with business stakeholders to enable streamlined processes from customer setup through order fulfilment to revenue recognition.General Responsibilities\nManages a team of architects through the process of defining a roadmap, creating a strategy and implementing a solution. This team may include supervisors.\n\nDesigns, implements, tests and deploys necessary components using the latest technologies and best practices.\n\nManages the selection of enterprise middleware platforms and frameworks for building integration assets to optimize for flexibility, long-term viability, and time to market.\n\nEstablishes programming standards and program documentation requirements.\n\nReviews the current status of services and prepares recommendations for service improvements.\n\nManages, defines, and governs middleware & integration architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies through the end to end life cycle.\n\nEnsures effective enterprise IT infrastructure deployment, and effectively manage consolidation of disparate solutions for reduced technology spend.\n\nManages proactive technical oversight and mentorship to integration services architecture and development teams fostering re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency.\n\nExperience / Qualifications\nA university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.\n\nBusiness ethics - Ability to practice and behave consistently and effectively in areas of business practice and conflicts of interest.\n\nCommunication - Ability to communicate effectively by getting the right message across to the right people at the right time on a regular basis.\n\nCustomer Orientation - Ability to meet customers’ expectations by identifying and anticipating customers’ needs and integrating these into work; ability to develop new added value for customers and act with the customer in mind.\n\nResult orientation - Ability to take steps personally to ensure that mutual goals and performance targets are met within the appropriate timeframe.\n\nTeamwork - Ability to work with others and work synergistically with fellow team-members\n\nPlanning and Organizing - Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work and schedules in all areas to meet requirements.\n\nProblem solving - Ability to reach logical conclusions to situations by appropriately analyzing the situation.
