The role requires the ability to develop roadmaps on new and existing products that align with the company’s strategic, operational, and financial objectives.General Responsibilities\nOversees the development of actionable product roadmaps by integrating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders in our business objectives & product strategy.\nOversees product positioning in the marketplace, including rationalizing pricing strategy based on market conditions.\nDevelop product strategy and optimize product portfolio, providing planning and project prioritization\nContributes to the pricing strategy through the product life cycle\nOwns the balanced scorecard for their product line and drives the development and execution of the roadmap to improvement\nAddresses operational issues associated with quality, delivery and production.\nAnticipating and communicating issues, recommending corrective action, and taking independent remedial actions and reporting outcomes\nExperience / Qualifications\nA university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.\nMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands\nStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentation\nStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results\nStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrity\nHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)\nStrong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers\nProduct Cost Management & Financial Acumen\nStrong understanding of product cost drivers, including materials, labor, overhead, logistics, tooling, and supplier costs.\nExperience with cost analysis, BOM reviews, and multi-year cost roadmaps.\nAbility to develop and validate business cases for cost reduction initiatives.\nCost Reduction & Value Engineering\nProven experience identifying, quantifying, and delivering cost reduction opportunities.\nAbility to assess implementation risks and validate savings.\nChange & Portfolio Management\nExperience evaluating the financial impact of product changes and prioritizing initiatives based on business value and return on investment.\nAbility to build implementation roadmaps that maximize savings while minimizing operational disruption.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nExperience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Development, and Finance teams.\nFamiliarity with product lifecycle and change management processes.\nGlobal Leadership & Stakeholder Management\nProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nExperience leading global initiatives across multiple regions and cultures.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align business, technical, and financial priorities.\nPreferred Experience\nTrack record of delivering measurable cost reduction results.\nExperience presenting cost strategies and business cases to senior leadership.\nGross Annual Salary Range:\n35,954.00 EUR - 49,437.30 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.\nStarting Salary\nThe starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.).
