The role works closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure activities are tracked, risks are identified, and deliverables are completed on time, while gaining broader program management experience and increasing ownership over time.General ResponsibilitiesParticipates in all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints\nEnsure successful and timely completion of project tasks and requirements in a timely and effective manner\nMonitor deadlines, budgets and activities\nApply change, risk and resource management\nResolve projects' issues\nAssess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.\nEnsure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction and team member performance\nProducing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle\nAnalyzing program risk\nExperience / Qualifications\nA university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.\nMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands\nStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentation\nStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results\nStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrity\nHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards\nProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)\n• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers\nAdditional Requirements\n2+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, engineering, or a related function.\nExperience supporting cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.\nAbility to track project schedules, risks, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.\nProven problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools is preferred.\nExperience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment is an advantage.\nGross Annual Salary Range:\n24,378.00 EUR - 33,520.30 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.\nStarting Salary\nThe starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.).
