The Machine Shop Supervisor is responsible for leading daily machining operations for metal components used in the aerospace industry, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. The role is responsible for team supervision, production coordination, process performance, and continuous improvement of machining operations.General Responsibilities Supervise daily machining operations to meet production schedules. Ensure compliance with safety and aerospace quality requirements. Assign and monitor work for machinists and CNC operators.
