applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.General Responsibilities\nLeads the implementation and maintenance of methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacturing or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies\nCollaborates with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products\nEstimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines\nLeads records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations\nPlans and designs manufacturing processes in an industrial plant\nLeads the design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation in support of manufacturing operations such as machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding and brazing, assembly, and material handling Experience / Qualifications\nA university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.\nMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands\nStrong communication skills;
