Represent Sense professionally, building positive relationships with clients, contractors and other consultants\nKnowledge Development: Enhance your technical expertise and stay current on industry trends and best practices\nKeyResponsibilities:\nAssist in preparing mechanical construction documents and equipment specifications\nConduct site evaluations and mechanical assessments\nAssist with completing warranty reviews, depreciation reports and building condition assessments\nContribute to mechanical report writing\nSupport project coordination and contribute to successful project delivery\nLiaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless communication\nRepresent Sense at client meetings and other networking functions with a commitment to exceptional service standards\nSupport mentoring of junior engineers and knowledge sharing within Sense\nOther duties as assigned/required\nWhat We're Looking For:\nMinimum 4 years of relevant experience with inspecting and designing building mechanical systems.
