This role provides broad exposure to multiple service offerings, industries, and regulatory environments while building a foundation for progression into more advanced GRC advisory and consulting responsibilities.\nOnly candidates in Panama will be considered at this time.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport governance, risk, compliance, and advisory engagements across a variety of industries and client environments.\nReview documentation, policies, procedures, and supporting evidence.\nAssist with risk assessments, control evaluations, and compliance-related activities.\nPerform testing, analysis, and documentation of processes and controls.\nIdentify observations, risks, improvement opportunities, and remediation recommendations.\nPrepare workpapers, reports, summaries, and client deliverables.\nCommunicate findings and recommendations to engagement team members and clients.\nDevelop an understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, and business process concepts.\nCollaborate with teammates to support successful engagement delivery.\nMaintain awareness of emerging industry trends, risks, and regulatory developments.\nParticipate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nFoundational understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or audit concepts.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and leadership. \nAbility to organize information and document work clearly and accurately.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail.\nProfessional curiosity and a willingness to learn.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nStrong client service mindset.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.\nEducation Preferences\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.\n0-3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information technology, risk management, compliance, audit, consulting, accounting, or a related discipline.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nThis role offers a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S.-based positions are determined by geographic location and fall into one of three pay zones, which reflect the cost of labor in that area. The anticipated salary ranges for this position are outlined below and are subject to change:\n$30,000 - $38,000\nWhen determining compensation, we consider a variety of factors such as a candidate’s professional experience, skills, and qualifications.
