This onsite role offers the opportunity to support daily operations, improve processes, and help ensure strong service, safety, and performance in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead daily logistics and warehouse operations, from order readiness through shipment completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.\nOversee inventory accuracy, material movement, staging, and warehouse organization to maintain efficient operations and inventory control.\nPartner with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to prioritize orders, align operational activities, and meet customer delivery requirements.\nCoordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely pickups, reliable service, and effective shipment execution.\nSupport logistics operations through KPI reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring to track results, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions.\nAnalyze operational data, identify bottlenecks and root causes, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy.\nDevelop and monitor key performance indicators, communicate performance insights, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics and warehouse performance.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nSeveral years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, warehouse management, and inventory operations.\nHands-on experience with inventory management, inventory accuracy, material control, and warehouse processes.\nStrong knowledge of transportation and shipping processes, carrier management, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nExperience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, KPI reporting, performance monitoring, and operational metrics.\nStrong analytical skill set with demonstrated experience in data analysis, trend identification, root cause analysis, and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.\nProven ability to drive process improvement initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, and improve accuracy, productivity, and cost performance, supported by strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nWhat You’ll Get:\nOpportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5-days per week.\nAn excellent salary, benefit offering, and development opportunities.\nA thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond.\nAbout Sensient:\nSensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
