You'll have the chance to tackle new challenges and learn by working with skilled technicians and operators.\nWhat you’ll do:\nKeep our equipment running smoothly by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and installations. \nDig into and develop knowledge of pneumatics, steam, water, and ammonia systems, and mastering your knowledge of managing processing equipment, control systems, and PLCs. \nProblem solve by reading blueprints, diagrams, equipment manuals, and trade instructions to troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, order parts, and repair equipment. \nFollow safety, quality, and environmental guidelines while maintaining all necessary documentation. \nOperate and maintain all plant utilities.\nWeld using various types of equipment, welds, and materials for sanitary product lines.\nActively participate in emergency response teams, training, and programs to improve safety.\nClean, organize and maintain tools, workspaces, and equipment.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nA strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity for industrial controls/repairing equipment. \nEagerness to learn processes, equipment, and skills required for job tasks.\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings and work with minimal supervision. \nComputer literacy with ability to initiate, track, or execute work orders electronically. \nAbility to climb stairs and work intermittently in hot and/or dusty environments.\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required. Additional degree or certification(s) related to maintenance and manufacturing are beneficial.\n4+ years progressive experience in manufacturing and/or maintenance preferred.
