Pay is $28.05 per hour to start and increases after that through a step-rate program!!\nWhat you’ll do:\nCalculate, weigh, and charge raw materials. Operate all processing equipment including blenders, mixers, mills, dryers, etc. Follow all operating procedures written and verbal.\nWeigh and label finished products, complete all production documentation.\nPerform in-process quality analysis tests. Participate in continuous improvement programs.\nClean equipment and work area per standardized procedures.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nAbility to lift 50lbs multiple times per day. Ability to work a 12-hour shift.\nFlexibility to work different shifts.\nAbility to operate and maintain equipment according to safety, environmental and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.\nAbility to work in an environment that is not climate controlled. Color and dust particles may be present in the air or throughout the facility. Allergens may be present in the air.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.
