The Inventory Clerk is responsible for daily production on their assigned line and to ensure that all items are packaged according to the standards set forth by both the company.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPerform all Inventory Issues, Inventory FG Completions, and I9 Inventory Completions into JDE for Onion, Garlic and Chili (Hand-pack) Production Work Orders submitted post completion from the production floor.\nPrint I9 Partial Drum Batch Tags and distribute to Production.\nCompares all Raw Material Batch Tags against the JDE issued inventory of each work order.\nEnsure validity and analyze final production variance. Compare printed Production Report to production paperwork.\nInvestigate and correct any production report discrepancies. Investigate any production reports with a final variance > 4%.\nPost-Production Activity and Production Liner information into SDF for Onion, Garlic and Chili (Hand-pack) production orders.\nWork with Inventory Control Team to correct any transaction errors found during later analysis.\nPrint Pick Reports for both Production and Lift Operators and organize by Production line based upon the Production Schedule.\nVerify all required Raw Material has been pulled for upcoming Production Orders based upon the Production Schedule.\nPrint Master and Batch Tags and organize by Production line based upon the Production Schedule.\nComplete End of Shift Reports for in process orders and confirms samples have been submitted for all Production Reports completed throughout the shift.\nComplete other projects as directed by the Inventory Control Manager.\nFollow all company policies and procedures.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nData Entry experience.\nTyping speed of 50 to 70 WPM with strong Ten Key experience.\nKnowledge and experience in computerized inventories and databases desired.\nMust be computer literate in software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.\nWhat you’ll get:\nOpportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per week.\nAn excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunities.\nA thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond.\nAbout Sensient:\nSensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
