In this role, you will ensure that all processes and procedures are followed in accordance with applicable policies (ISO, GMP, etc.) in order to successfully execute on the Supervisor's mill plan. This is an opening on our 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am).\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnsures that raw materials being milled are correct and follows production supervisor's plan and sterilizer lead. \nEnsures that all batches produced fall within control limits for Agtron, moisture, and Agglom; will make adjustments as necessary with productionsupervisor's help as needed.\n\nEnsures that raw materials are stored in the proper location in the warehouse.\nReplaces Williams mill, mill screen, Smico box screens as needed.\nRepairs Smico box screens, repairs felt on screens and in Smico box as needed.\nNotifies production supervisor of needed repairs in mill area.\nAccurately maintains all movements using \"RF\" scanning system.\nAccurately maintains all reports and paperwork associated with the position.\nConducts safety check of assigned forklift on a daily basis and reports all problems for repair.\nEnsures that work area is maintained in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nAbility to communicate effectively with both production staff, leads, and leadership.\nAbility to foster a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing all safety policies and regulations\nExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills\nWhat you’ll get:\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) and stock purchase plans.\nHands-on training and development to ensure your success and support ongoing career growth.\nOpportunities to lead, make an impact, and drive operational and team performance improvements.\nA platform to advance your career while contributing to a company that values innovation, creativity, and your unique contributions.\nAn opportunity to work for a successful global organization\nAbout Sensient:\nSensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
