Our business is booming! The Natural Color Conversion is here. We are seeking a Sample Lab Supervisor to join our growing team! This role will be an integral part of ensuring our customers our product samples in a timely manner.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, monitor and support sample technician team to ensure samples are processed and shipped in a timely manner, including entering requests into inventory system as sales orders, locate material, print CofAs.
- Assign work instructions to personnel according to communications from management.
Coordinate bulk inventory, including ordering material from onsite production or inventory, request materials from affiliates, and perform inventory cycle counts.
- Organize special marketing projects. Compile monthly reports to analyze sample room metrics.
- Assist in creating documents and procedures to achieve operational efficiency standardization.
- Enforce safety and GMP standards; identify and hazards and take appropriate action to control them. Assist in the investigation and prompt resolutions to customer inquiries.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years prior supervisory experience with the ability to prioritize and possess strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform efficiently and amicably while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
