We are seeking a Sample Lab Supervisor to join our growing team! This role will be an integral part of ensuring our customers our product samples in a timely manner.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead, monitor and support sample technician team to ensure samples are processed and shipped in a timely manner, including entering requests into inventory system as sales orders, locate material, print CofAs.\nAssign work instructions to personnel according to communications from management.Coordinate bulk inventory, including ordering material from onsite production or inventory, request materials from affiliates, and perform inventory cycle counts.\n\nOrganize special marketing projects. Compile monthly reports to analyze sample room metrics. \nAssist in creating documents and procedures to achieve operational efficiency standardization. \nEnforce safety and GMP standards; identify and hazards and take appropriate action to control them.
