Candidates should have strong cloud automation and deployment experience, not just GenAI application development experience.\n\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Platform Infra DevOps Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD automation.\nThe candidate will be responsible for automating cloud infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operational readiness across Google Cloud Platform and AWS environments.\nThe role involves managing infrastructure for pre-built Conversational AI (CCAI), voice, chat, and RAG/knowledge pipelines. The focus is on cloud infrastructure, automation, deployment, security, and monitoring rather than application development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.\nAutomate provisioning and configuration of Google Cloud Platform and AWS cloud environments.\nManage cloud networking, IAM, service enablement, secrets, and security configurations.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and environment promotion.\nAutomate deployment of pre-built application packages and customer-specific configurations.\nProvision infrastructure for RAG pipelines, vector databases, document stores, and search indexes.\nImplement logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.\nManage environment lifecycle, including creation, updates, backups, and teardown.\nImplement cloud security, access controls, and cost optimization.\nWork closely with Architects and Data Engineers to convert infrastructure designs into reusable modules.\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.\nPractical experience with both Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and AWS.\nExperience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of Google Cloud Platform Cloud Build and AWS CodePipeline.\nStrong understanding of IAM, cloud networking, secrets management, and security.\nExperience with cloud logging, monitoring, and alerting.\nExposure to AWS CDK and cloud infrastructure automation.\nGood to Have\nExperience with Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, RAG, and vector databases.\nKnowledge of Conversational AI, Contact Center AI (CCAI), voice, and chat platforms.\nGoogle Cloud DevOps Engineer or AWS DevOps/SysOps certification.\nExperience supporting GenAI infrastructure and knowledge
