In this role, you will design, build, and support enterprise-grade Pega applications for card dispute processing, chargebacks, and automated case management. You will play a key role in integrating AI capabilities to optimize workflow automation, enhance decision-making, and modernizing dispute workflows.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCore Development & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Platform following Guardrail compliance and best practices.\nSmart Disputes Expertise: Implement and customize Pega Smart Disputes framework for credit/debit card dispute resolution, chargeback workflows, and regulatory compliance.\nWorkflows & Rules Configuration: Configure case types, complex workflows, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), routing rules, and business logic.\nSystem Integration: Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations to connect Pega with core banking, payment processing, and third-party systems.\nPerformance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues, perform log analysis, and optimize application performance and database queries.\nAI & Automation Integration: Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Pega AI, and GenAI capabilities (such as automated summary generation and intelligent case routing for dispute outcomes).\nCollaboration & Leadership: Partner with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams;
