You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.\nWhat you will do:\nManage business in China and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing renewals and upsells.\n\nHave c-level discussions with customers and work on strategizing their use cases with our platform.\n\nCreate, manage, and implement Quarterly Business Reviews.\n\nProactively understand the clients’ business to provide competitive insights and trends.\n\nCollaborate with global product, engineering and other technical teams to improve our product offerings in China.\n\nFollow industry trends and interpret these into day-to-day business impact.\n\nUnderstand the product development cycle, being able to communicate between product teams and customers effectively to - manage expectations on feature requests and releases.\n\nIdentify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base.\n\nExperience and skills that you can bring:\nFull fluency of the Mandarin and English languages.\n\nExperience in SaaS sales as a BDR, SDR, AE, or Account Manager.\n\nAbility to turn data into a clear commercial narrative, using numbers and insights to build a persuasive case that moves a deal forward.\n\nStrong understanding of the mobile gaming, entertainment, financial services, or security industries and their digital ecosystems is a significant plus.\n\nAbility to identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base\n\nSelf-starting attitude and entrepreneurial spirit are highly encouraged.\n\nAn eye for detail following the industry trends and interpreting these into day-to-day business impact.\n\nEnjoy working in small, fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate - results every day\n\nFraud warning:\nIt's common for scammers to create positions that look legitimate on other sites.
