# Account Manager, SMB

We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of SMB customers. You’ll build strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and help them get the most value from our platform while driving renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term retention. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of your accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience. We’re looking for someone proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
