Our data-driven solutions empower businesses, developers, and marketers to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the competitive mobile landscape.\nWe are looking for a skilled Business Technology Support Engineer to join our team to manage the day to day information technology tools and facilities for our amazing global staff.\nYou are a service oriented, self starting, problem solver that thrives working in a modern SaaS company.\nWhat You Will Focus On\nDevelop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance.\n\nReview new vendors and work on process improvements.\n\nPurchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment & maintain asset inventory.\n\nMaintain SaaS applications and licensing.\n\nCollaborate and communicate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.\n\nReview project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.\n\nTrain users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.\n\nAssist with employee provisioning and deprovision.\n\nSkills We Are Interested In\nOperating system knowledge (Mac and Windows).\n\nProficiency in scripting languages.\n\nStrong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.\n\nExperience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM and other SaaS tools.\n\nProficiency with installation/configuration of software and hardware (including network equipment and printers).\n\nExcellent communication skills for communicating with the business technology team, employees and other departments.\n\nIf you are ready to take the next step in your career at Sensor Tower, we’d love to hear from you!\nFraud warning:\nIt's common for scammers to create positions that look legitimate on other sites.
