You will own and maintain the product backlog, define requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinate priorities, and make sure the team has the clarity needed to deliver high-quality product improvements.\nYou'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, customers, and business teams, helping ensure that we're solving the right problems and delivering features that create real value for our users.\nThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and execution skills and enjoys working closely with technical teams in a fast-moving environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork closely with the Head of Product to translate product strategy and priorities into actionable initiatives.\n\nOwn, maintain, and continuously prioritize the product backlog.\n\nWrite clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering and design throughout planning, development, testing, and release.\n\nEnsure engineers have clear context around requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.\n\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, and other product and engineering ceremonies.\n\nGather and analyze feedback from customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to identify product needs and opportunities.\n\nConduct market and competitor research to support product decisions and identify industry trends.\n\nHelp evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on customer impact, business value, technical considerations, and product strategy.\n\nTrack product initiatives from initial requirements through development and release.\n\nValidate completed work against requirements and acceptance criteria before release.\n\nCoordinate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to keep stakeholders aligned.\n\nMonitor product usage, feedback, and relevant metrics to help identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nIdentify blockers, dependencies, and risks early and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.\n\nMaintain clear product documentation and communicate product changes across the organization.\n\nQualifications & Skills\n2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.\n\nExperience working directly with software engineering teams in an Agile development environment.\n\nStrong understanding of product development processes, including backlog management, requirements gathering, prioritization, testing, and releases.\n\nAbility to translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 proficiency required).\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nExperience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, SaaS products, developer tools, or technical infrastructure products is considered a strong advantage.\n\nExperience conducting customer discovery, market research, or competitor analysis is considered an advantage.\n\nWhat We Offer\nWork directly with the Head of Product and an experienced
